Seeking Looking for romantic pov games

Hey everyone, I'm currently playing games that I loved like Acting Lessons and Melody (even though this one isn't completed) and I still love the story, the models and the dialogues. So I was wondering if some of you had games to recommend (sorry if my english isn't perfect ^^').

I would like to find new games with the following ''aspects'':
- Good dialogues if possible
- Good models
- With Ren'Py if possible
- No Japanese games
- Male Protagonist
- Games where you can play for the romance and not being ''forced'' to bang every women you see.
- And now, the most important aspect: I'd like these games to be in POV (I find this better to feel concerned about the story).

And I think that's it. Well, if I'm not a pain in the ass with all these ''conditions''... ^^
