Not sure if all of these have a birth scene, but getting pregnant is not game over and leads to birth so you can get pregnant again.
- Violated Heroine
- The Fairy, the Succubus, and the Abyss
- Jumble Jokers and Jumble Strikers (combat-only pregnancy, kind of boring)
- Drop Factory (Vitamin Quest by same dev might have it too but i never played that one)
- Sugoroku SEX: the Dice Game (might be the best game in this list for pregnancy and birth)

Haramase Simulator- Literally the aim of the game is to impregnate to your hearts delight. More sandbox, less RPG, but strongest impregnation themes out of any game I've played.
Renryuu Acension- Kind of? Heavy RPG and some impregnation, but no pregnancy scenes and I think you see the babies after you beat the game (never got that far yet)
SHELTER- Post apocalypse, wasteland exploring, "repopulate the Earth" kind of deal. Choices you make seem to influence the story and your relationships.
Corrupted Kingdoms- Some minor choices on whether you want love or domination over some characters, but mostly sandbox. Very active development.
Fate of Irnia- Quick game where you can choose who to love and with a lust or love system. Very short so far but quick to get to pregnancy and stuff.
Refuge of Embers- Very early and slow but steady development. Seems like it will be the most like what you are looking for when it gets more content though. Heavy emphasis on role playing and having a family with who you want to.

H interspecie pregnancy games[Pregnancy and birth mechanic]:
--> Ideology on Friction: The heroine can get pregnant on the drifer route,which is one of the 3 routes of the game. She can get raped and pregnant by humans, orcs, tentacles and others monsters. Also there are multiples birth scenes. There are 3 phases, safe day, normal day and dangerous day.
-->Meritocracy of Oni Blade: just like ideology on friction, the heroine can get pregnant only in 2 routes. She can get pregnant by monsters, but not by humans, not at least as a mechanic. The heroine can get pregnant by humans, but only on endings.
-->Kobold's Knight of Livestock: Sadly only MTL is avaible, so the translation is kinda bad. However if you are interested on pregnancy, the heroine can get pregnant and give birth to monsters, since she is basically a breeding slave.
-->Silent Pill: only tentancle pregnancy and NTR. You play as a hot blond girl. The heroine can get pregnant on the battles by the tentacle monsters, who will rape her and inseminate her. If she does to take the contraceptive pill, she will get pregnant and will give birth to their babies. Watch out, if the heroine's health goes down to 0, the heroine will get captured and turned into a breeding slave, which will result in a game over.
