Identify looking for rpgm game

the game was previously on here and i believe it in a collection of other games made by the developer, but the premise was it was your summer holiday whihc you took off and you drove back to your town and you then visit the park and molest girls and its start of small like just touching but the more you do it the furhter you gets,
you also have to chase the girls where they cant be seen.
