Seeking Looking for sandbox-like games

Hi there I enjoy replayability a lot, I enjoyed A Spell for All and games like Wife Trainer.

I'm looking for male protag games where you can have some sort of stats and perhaps wander around a bit choosing kinda freely between quests or females? I played LifePlay a lot but the characters look scary af and it turned me off a bit, so something along those lines but with characters that don't look like failed soviet experiments!

Life Play does look a little TES Oblivion like. I think its a trade off usually for those games, graphics vs customization and scope.
