NOT text based, just a game to mess around in. <- Must Have
NOT a 2D game, i want 3D. <- Must Have
Free/payed (either way wont matter to me.)
Dont mind if its not in development

Not really a sandbox game, sorry, but fitting with rest of your requirements is also Portals of Phereon. No mod support that I know of. Kind of unique harem/management/rpg game also. Not sure if that's what you were looking for.

No worries, i'm not expecting anything to be exactly what i'm looking for.

My major thing is no text base and 2D games (i.e. still pictures of realistic/anime figures)
