Seeking Looking for similar games visually to four elements trainer and summer time saga

I'm trying to find any sufficiently developed games that has similar looking artwork and animated sex scenes(with x-ray is awesome on STS) like summertime saga and four elements trainer. I'm not a huge fan of the traditional Japanese hentai look is why both those games appealed to me overall. I know about A Town Uncovered which copied the STS game format but not huge fan to the art style.
Played princess trainer as well..
