I don't understand what you mean by ctrl shift. Here you can download the full version of most porn with or without idm in mp4 format. There are ads a bit, but not the annoying kind.

I don't know what that method is called my older cousin taught me how to do it years ago to download porn it worked on most pornsites before but nowadays it only works in niche sites.
Right click on your browser click inspect then in the top bar click network then in the lower bar click media let the video play,find a file with a .mp4 format right click it open in a new window then in the new window just right click and click save as. it was that easy years ago now they have wisen up.
