- High level of rendering and work with light

What to do:
Creation of characters and environmental objects in 3D graphics
Building scenes
Additional comments:
I think we already can call us a "Studio". We are working hard on a new product, an erotical fantasy game.
We are able to achieve goals, made mistakes (everyone does it, and we know it), and learning new things.
Our team:
- Writer
- Game designer
- Project manager (CEO)
- Programmer ( still not, but maybe we caught one )
Important thing:
Our team speaks Russian, but we are okay with English. So ideally - it's good if you can speak Russian, if not - it's okay
