Recommending looking for some recommendations

Hi, i am looking for a game with following contents, maybe someone got recommendations for me.

- Female Protagonist
-Prostitution, ( maybe later in game)
-Corruption
-Open world/ sandbox
-Good GRaphics would be nice
-different stats
-maybee options to change appearance

maybe something like a life sim, RPGM is not really my type of engine.

Try LifePlay. It doesn't have the best graphics but I quite enjoyed the game plus there are tons of mods, it's still being periodically updated and you can play in real towns, if you download particular map
