General advise: world is full of idea guys. Ppl that have some skills won't take just an idea guy to be dead weight in team.
That being said you will much faster learn eg. Renpy (it's not that hard) than find any team being just an idea guy.
i will add, being a ideal guy is not the bigger problem, the bigger problem is they want to hide the ideal, and scare people steal it, and because they lack of skill they have fear people will steal.

The template is somewhat confusing to me, and I'm not looking for something specific. I'm just looking for someone to collaborate with and to help me create online adult games. and you are not throwing anything out here since there is no information of your ideal just you selling your self out here, if you just want to make this game, you should just give every ideal you have here so people can just pick it up.
and no one can help you to make this online game because online it more problem now and people trying to kill porn game. online porn game is hard to stay alive even if is a cop-op type.
