Identify Looking for specific black and white management zombie game

I found this game a while ago. It was a game drawn in black and white with a zombie invasion as the setting. You could select jobs for the female protagonist to do in order to raise some stats and there were H-animations for the jobs. I remember that the menu screen was the protagonist strung up with cables and when you pressed play a zombie would rip off her clothing. The intro was a news show showing the zombie invasion happening.
I have been searching for it forever but I think it might have been removed. Anyone remember the name of this game?

Is it either Heaven's Door or Not My Body! ? those seem to be the only ones matching the criteria of "drawn in Black & White" that i have seen around besides two other titles, though the other two two don't match the dystopian setting.
