im looking for a specific vn game i played years ago, what i do remember is that the mcs wife was in a coma and at first he stayed in a hotel away from the family he had a couple daughters
and eventualy you learn that him and his wife had helped many people they and he keeps having dreams of his wife pushing him to have relations with cretian people and i think it went on to say that his sister and wife had a thing going on as well but not certain at some point he finds out that his comatose wife is pregnant, i know this is very vague but help would be appreciated
