The game takes place in a hospital the mc (guy) wakes up and finds a girl with him and they are infected and have to fuck to cure it. She needs semen regularly or she will go crazy and the goal is to escape floor by floor with tentacle type monsters. There are little animations that happen while you hide from the monsters.
