I'm looking for a specific VN game
Setting - present day, urban
Graphics - more "realistic", no anime style (similar to https://f95zone.to/threads/the-awakening-v0-4-6-1-slim-games.9242/)
Sandbox - there was a map with different locations. I'm pretty sure you can gain money and buy some stuff.
Story - MC is pretty young man, he is living in luxury house with landlady and one or (most likely) two girls/roommates
At one point we meet girls who is some sort of boss of the gang. I think she usually walks around with baseball bat. She attacks MC couple of times but at some point he wins with her (using muscles or maybe some tricks) and she is getting subbmisibe to MC
