Seeking Looking for the best strategy or management game?

I've played a number of good strategy games, but I'm looking for more.

I found the sengoku rance to be meh, but I quite liked EroTohoK. I poured a number of hours into Portals of Phereon, and of course the old classics of Fort of Chains and Free Cities.

What are some other good management/strategy games?
