Note, despite the vndb site liking to the patch page, the patch has been taken down, and is no where to be seen. Im not asking for people to finish it, just find the one that currently exists. Any help on finding it would certainly be appriecated. Thank you very much

I sincere doubt that there is a copy of the translation. Whilst looking for it i found out it has only translated at max 10% of the game. So i don't think its worthwhile to go looking for it in my opinion. Maybe use Visual Novel Reader if it works for yeah.
