Identify Looking for the name of the game

Hello I am looking for the name to a game I played about a year ago.
I remember the following:
- you get stranded on an island and find more female survivors
- you build a camp collect wood / flowers
- through a cave you also reach a village
- in the course of the story it becomes mysterious and a sphere appears which influences your thoughts
