The manga in question (drama/slice of life genre) was about a group of people working on a restaurant or Cafe. There was a crossdressing character (not the focus of the story) who had a crush on a coworker, who didn't return the feelings and liked a girl. The gay character gets bully, i remember some violence maybe and not sure if there was any explicit sexual content on the whole manga, but i do remember an ending scene, where the crossdresser gave his crush head on an alley, behind the restaurant/Cafe, it was a bitter-sweet ending.
That's all i remember. The art style was reminiscence of Manhwas from Korea.
