I am looking for this game I played and I forgotten the name of it I played it a few months and deleted it due to the game still on ongoing updates.
From what I can remember from the tags is: male protagonist, sandbox(I think),rape,fantasy and harem.
I tried finding but to no avail
but one thing I can remember from the story is that every time you defeat a kingdom you can choose either enslave the leader or you can romance it.
and the start of the game you're lock in a dungeon or jail and the first scene after you get out of the dungeon is helping the family on their carriage.
And that's it all I can remember
