The plotline goes along the lines of the MC having to impregnate a certain amount of women in this town(?) I believe and that there are endings that shows what happened to the girls afterwards. I also believe you can choose one of them to permanently stay with but I'm not sure.
Off the top of my head, I know there was a goth girl and a sports schoolgirl. The sports girl especially, if you impregnate her, her ending shows that she got scorned by her school because she was the top player that was suppose to carry their team to whatever goal. She also had to quit the sport she was playing due to the pregnancy which was overall a really bad ending for that girl specifically.
It's a 3d game more than likely done in Renpy but I'm not sure if memory serves me correctly.
