Forgot title for a recent game I wanted to throw money at: It's made in renpy. MC's "mother" and "sister" are black, MC is white, father left him a house in another town, while searching the house he inherited MC gets stopped by some kind of agent watching over the house, meets a girl and after touching her sees she's a half demon, and finds out he's got magical abilities and his father was some kind of head of a magical order. In this other town there's a hotel seemingly owned by vampire siblings. and a club owned by the half demon girl you met at your house.
