Older game. MC goes to a party. You can serve the people there alcohol.
Sandboxish. I believe you could go back to the party on different nights.
Different outcomes depending on points. May have been a grindfest. A bit clunky.
Characters may have had a drunk meter, where they could get intoxicated further by amount of drinks had.

Another game. Also older. MC wore a black college jacket at times.
Many LIs and route choices. I believe the MC could get into a fight.
MC may have been going to college.
EDIT: This one is Football Star.

I believe both are Ren'py games.

Second one would need more details as plenty fit into your description. Being A DIK and College Kings probably being the most famous.

Renders were not as nice as the forementioned.

Agree that I need more details. Can barely remember though.
The MC was attractive and didn't really have to work for LIs to like him.
He was popular.

Intertwined fits as well, but I think the renders may be too nice in that one too.

Renders may have been closer to the quality of intertwined.
The writing was not as strong as Intertwined.
Lots of LIs were vying for the MC's affection.

It wasn't House Party.
The first game I mentioned, I believe it did have a house party location though.
You could choose who to interact with and give drinks to.

It was a Ren'py engine or similar rather than a 3D character walking around like House Party.
I believe there was an outside location with two women in or near a hot tub or pool.
Some of these older visual novels have slipped from my memory.

Regarding the first game that I mentioned...

It's a dated sandbox game. Ren'py engine. Male protagonist and 3DCG.
Every night the MC would sleep on the couch in the living room.
He didn't have a bed, but was staying with two women, one older, one younger.

You could go to this party and serve drinks to partygoers.
There may have been stat building and grinding to unlock events.
If that rings a bell for anyone, let me know.

I found the second game that I mentioned.
It's Football Star. Thanks to everyone that tried to help.
I was starting the think I hallucinated it because I had such a vague memory of it.
It definitely needs someone proficient in English to help work on the script.
