Link is in my signature, but every game on my list has NO NTR (as it is the one tag besides swinging, sharing, etc) that I'll pass up on without any thoughts.
While I don't think there's any games that START you off in a relationship, every game on my list is a ROMANCE game- so I think that'll appeal to you if you're asking for couple games (and they're all adorable, i'll say... besides low tier but those are on the edge of getting booted off, and they STILL don't have ntr, forced rape, etc). I also, from memory do not have any forced harem games- if there's any harem it's completely optional and the LIs do not have anyone else they're into.

You can try my anthology series (set in the same universe but are separated stories). They're heavily inspired by doujinshi/manhwa and hentai mangas with tags like "vanilla" and "wholesome".

My first VN has no stress at all, almost entirely linear. The second one is significantly longer, but still maintains the single love-interest element.
