Identify Looking for VERY old game

I really hope this is a right subforum for this request.

Long time ago (I think 90's) there was a game with some Manga girls like Ami from Sailor Moon. It was a game that you could change their clothes. The best part was removing them though. Sometimes it was very hard to do, becouse you had to drag the clothes from the girl and they were snapping back on her. Sometimes you had to drag multiple times to succeed. Do any one of you remember a game like this? It was very long time ago, I know.

You are likely talking about kisekae (paper dolls). They were popular a long time ago but you can still find the kisekae viewers and dolls. I think that's how i first came across Bondage Fairies actually.

I believe FKiSS was like an improved format of what used to be the standard back then.
