So it's been a while since I tried NEW games as I've been mostly playing the same stuff I started years ago whenever its updated (BAD, ARTEMIS, Corporate Culture, Race Of Life and Chasing Sunsets to a lesser extent) and... I would like to get recommendations from you friends.
I'm looking for games where the MC has some... Character. When you do actively see their facial expressions (so you see MC in third person I guess). I'm not doing well explaining myself but in almost every VN I played (even those I listed) NPCs exist to either literally or figuratively suckle on his nuts. I wish there are charismatic NPCs that do actually pose a threat to MC or exist as longterm challenges or roles throughout the story.
Sex isn't even important. I enjoy the fact that Corporate Culture for example leaves sex or romance as a carrot on a stick for this long.
Really sorry if it doesn't make much sense. But yeah, the 5 games I've listed are pretty my standard as to what I consider good games.
