Project:
- This is a short visual novel project focused on futanari themes. More details about the story, scope, and specific requirements will be shared during the interview process to ensure alignment with your skills and interests.

Developer:
- (developers of Futariuum's Gate).

Looking for:
- We're looking for a skilled writer to create a script for a short futanari-themed project.
- Experience writing in the futanari genre is highly preferable.
- If you're Brazilian, that's a significant advantage over other candidates, as it would make communication smoother (due to language and timezone), but it's not a requirement.

Employment Type:
- This is a paid-per-word role. Our preferred rate is $0.04 to $0.05 per word for a project requiring approximately 20,000 words or more. We welcome offers, but proposals significantly outside this range won't align with our budget—please consider this before applying.
- There may be a bonus upon successful project completion and positive performance metrics.

Work commitment:
- The project involves writing approximately 20,000 words or more for a script that must be completed within one month in January. As a result, you should have substantial availability during this period. Some initial planning and discussion may happen in December.

Preferred method of contact:
- Discord only (User: Nethuum).

Job Description:
- Ability to incorporate our input, revise drafts iteratively, and refine the script based on team reviews.
- Use our summaries and plans as the foundation for the full script. Evaluate the overall scope, suggest adjustments for feasibility, and advise on whether our targeted word count is achievable. Assist in budgeting and setting realistic deadlines upfront to keep the project on track.
- Deliver scripts in a Ren'Py-ready format (e.g., with proper labels, dialogue tags, scene transitions, and variable handling) to streamline integration for our programmer and accelerate development.
- Prior work on games is not mandatory, but you must have proven experience in related media, such as fanfiction, erotica, short stories, or web novels. Include samples or links to your portfolio showcasing narrative-driven writing.
- Work independently to flesh out characters, dialogue, and plot arcs from our high-level plans, while maintaining open communication to ensure the script meets quality and thematic goals.
- Adjust tone and humor according to our preferences.
- Ensure scripts are grammatically correct, consistent in tone, and optimized for visual novel pacing (e.g., balancing text length with art assets) avoiding overly descriptive text.

Additional comments:
- We'll need to review your portfolio during the interview, including examples of your previous work (e.g., links to fanfiction, erotica, or similar projects).
- You must be active on Discord, as that's our primary communication channel. If you're infrequently online or take days to respond—especially in January—this role won't be a good fit.
- If our collaboration goes well, there's a strong potential for ongoing work, such as contributing to similar projects or supporting our main game, which is already released and has an established community.
