I tried Koikatsu, and while it's a great game, I do wish there was a lot more yuri.

I'm a bit late to respond but I'd like to help a bit since I'm a big fan of this kind of thing as well.
Sadly, I don't think there's much at all. The best I've found with that kind of thing is just playing something sandboxy games like Degrees of Lewdity or Lilith's Throne and setting the game settings to only allow feminine NPCs to spawn.
