I'm looking for a game that you're a Doctor (i think) who gives shelter to a childhood friend, plays with your blond secretary, gives advices to his milf friend with marriage problems while fooling around with her daughter and have 2 sisters who works on a coffee shop and one of them is disabled.
Good graphics, somewhat good plot, but i played so little that i forget about the title.
