Looking games where you can collar yourself and/or put yourself into bondage: prefereably f-protagonist and it being not "bondage only" game, putting just from inventory is fine if it invokes reaction from heroine or NPCs and not purely visual

Kinky Dungeon may or may not fit, there's not any sex scenes, but there are mechanical functions for every possible restraint, and some (leashes, stands/cages) do affect NPC behavior, also wearing sufficient bondage associated with an NPC faction will stop them from messing with you as much.
