2D AI Looking to generate AI Anime art locally

Hi, I am trying to generate AI Anime art locally on my computer using something like Automatic1111, can someone who is experienced at this recommend what software and model you use? I am good enough at writing prompts and getting good results on online sites, but haven't had much success on running a model locally. Specifically I am looking for a model that can generate genitals well.

I use yiffymix for anything with genitals. Make sure "human features" is in your prompt. The model is for furry stuff, but it is best for genitals. Example below:
