The title doesn't explain anything about what the game is supposed to be, wether it should be a VN or sandbox, if it is a "everything is there and I just need someone to code everything once" thing or continuous work on the game, possibly over the course of years, wether you want to create the images and possible animations yourself or want the developer to do it, what kind of style it should be, if it is supposed to be a parody, any of the tags (maybe someone doesn't want to work on a game that has cheating for example) and so on and so forth.
Of course you don't have to tell everyone everything about what you have in mind but if you are searching for someone to help you then maybe a bit of information could go a long way.
