Hello, I am an experienced 3D artist, have been doing 3D modeling for a while, and know how to use Blender as well as Daz3D,
I very much want to become a better artist and would very much like to learn how to do art as good as this artist if possible.

Here are some links to his artwork

I need to know how to get my artwork as detailed as his, how to do better lighting and bring out the detail.

I can pay for a tutorial or a teacher or resources, but I need to know where to look or if there are any people willing to teach me the skils I need to become better.

Thank you very much.

There isn't much to learn about it really. Its a combination of good maps (most likely from scanned faces), with good lightning. It's just a lot of trail and error by slightly adjusting settings to get the desired look. Seeing that there are several months between renders I wouldnt be surprised if he works several months on each render.

You could look into the tutorials on . TexturingXYZ is a company that scans in faces and makes base maps from it that you can buy. It's widely used in professional realism rendering. The tutorials aren't specificaly for Blender or DAZ3D but should hopefully point you in the right direction.

To get better at something all you need is experience, both trying to do it yourself and other's experience that they share.
Alongside texturing, you need to learn a bit about body proportions and lighting. I suggest watching videos on both photography and drawing while you're working on something.
A good way to force yourself to learn fast is starting a project and pushing through to complete it without giving up.
