Hello there everyone. I am kingmanu1001.

In behalf of a group of Star Wars fans I started this thread to bring up the idea of a F95-own Star Wars porn game. After the drama with the latest Star Wars games (DarthSmut, what shall I say more) we thought it necessary to mention the idea of a Star Wars game made purely by us fans on F95. I know of the problems we all had with the Star Wars porn games out there; and I know noone is truly satisfied with them. Making our own game would give us the one-time opportunity to make our own choices and take in all the ideas the community has, possibly making one of the greatest porn games ever concieved. I know there are a lot of people on here that have experience in programming or making art, and I hope at least some of them are willing to help with this project.

I am not sure how this idea will be recieved by the coummunity. I am not sure how this game should look or what engine or arts it should use. All I know is that we have to stand up to developers who use our interest in our favorite shows/movies/books to make money off of the backs of people who see no other alternative. But if I may find a listening ear, and if we as a fanbase of Star Wars and porn stand together, and if there are people willing to help with this project, I am willing to do everything possible to make the greatest Star Wars porn game in the history of porn games, maybe ever.

I would be glad to hear your opinion on this project. I am very bad at arts, so if this should ever be made reality I would be incredibly happy if an artist could help me with this. Furthermore I would like to hear your opinions on what kind of arts and engine the game should use (Unity, renpy.....), maybe an experienced programmer for that engine can come into the project team aswell. Although I am good at programming I do not wish to start this kind of project alone. I am a huge Star Wars nerd and would be more than happy to write a story based on the community's requests.

I would love to see a team for this.
I do not know about the drama.

I have been interested as well in making a starwars game. I can do art and programming, even team management, I even have creativity but I can never just focus on one idea, so meh. I suck at working alone. I recently moved to a place and have most of the summer to myself, so I can do the art if needed. infact, it may be better to start with art, see what type of art we can get and see what kind of game we can make, and then start designing a game after a bit of art is understood.

I can do both 3D art and 2D art, I am mostly a character artist, and do not spend that much time painting or crafting backgrounds.

3D takes a good amount of time to set up, but once it is set up it is quick to make lots of art or animations. With 3D, we can either have a 3D game (I would say avoid this since it requires that we compromise on quality for the sake of game play speed and 2 it is the greatest pain in the ass to get working, blender to unity I find is the most stable but even then I still had issue with animation blending so I gave up on it.) We can also do pre rendered 3D and use that as images or animations (I'm a pretty decent 3D animator, but it takes a while).

2D for the most part each image has to start fresh, it takes about 10 hours to start with nothing but words and to get a nice looking nude or basic clothes, and to get it finished and ready for some minor animation (ie talking animations, moving eyes, etc), it takes another 14 hours. So 24 hours total for a complete character. The nice thing is these can also be animated, and not only animated images, but we can also make a 2D mesh and port it in and animate it in real time so things like eyes can look around. 2D is quicker to get an idea out there, but if you want a lot of characters or unique camera angles or poses, then it takes a long time, so in that case having a lot of variety is better with 3D stuff.

I have been working on and collecting 3D starwars stuff for a while. Not all of it is optimized and ready for final product. (ie the droids and general grievous need new materials and re rigged, and my Ahsoka also needs some reworking. I have some twi'lek girls but I bought them and they really need to be redone to have one unified style.

One thing that may take a while is a unified style. What I am trying to do right now before I saw this post was work on using daz to generate the body shapes, for the most part, try to keep them more stylized than realistic just because it is something I am trying, with the potential that I could either make multiple characters or a simple model which I can draw ontop of.

I can also code just about any thing but I want to focus on art. let me know if this stuff is of any interest to ya

Hey there Saki_Sliz
I am glad that this project got approval so quickly. As I said I know almost nothing about art, whether 2D nor 3D; so I'm happy to see you wanting to be a part. I would have waited to see the requests of the community but seeing it is much more complicated than I thought of course our team artist will have the last word on the style of art we choose for the game. Although I can programm I am not confident in starting this big of a project so I would like to start working on a story for this game. I am a passionate author (and Star Wars nerd) and I love implementing new ideas into my stories. So, if you're in; welcome to the team. Artist off the list, programmer to go.

I do not wish to make money off of this project (I don't know about the final team yet). The best support the community can give us now is ideas and possibly feedback.

A request to the community: Please tell us which universe (Canon or Legacy) and which time (Old Republic, Clone Wars, Imperial Civil War, Legacy...) you want the game to take place in. Oh, and please spread the word to everyone you think could be interested.

And as a side note: I wish to make a game that is as accurate as possible to the lore (don't worry, I know of it), so if you have any requests that contradict the lore of the specific universe and time they will sadly not be implemented, or be implemented in a different way. (There will still be sex scenes, they will just be implemented into the story)

I have some experience for writing and story developing. I'm not deep in lore of Star Wars but always was found of that space fantasy.
I think I have great concept for story that cover all eras at the same time without time travel.
so concept:
scientist from period of KOTOR, trying research force and ways to inject it to no force users. But experiment can be potent only if he do research on subject who mastered force. Ofc Masters Jedi or Sith will not agree to be lab rats, so way around get their DNA and create clone of those peoples, but problem that those clones are just empty shell with potential, so he must find a way awake they powers and make them loyal to him.
Game play: Hunt force users, earn money, don't attract attentions, train clones.

P.S. not native English user

I'm happy you are willing to help develop this project. I think we both could start a conversation and come up with the games' story once there is more feedback from the community.

This idea is good, but it seems to be held very closely to the idea of DST. I'm not sure if the community wants a game like this after the DarthSmut drama (but we'll see).
I would like to wait a little while to see what universe or time is wanted most before deciding to start planning.

Sounds good. And I have no issue doing this as a volunteer, I will be working on art during my free time, I would like to see the game go out freely to be easily shareable.

I only know the movies and clone wars series (both the short and long versions) so I guess I am a casual scrub :3
so forgive me if I say I would be interested in seeing something happening during the clone wars era :D
I'll wait to see what others want to see what we actually go with.
But besides that, I assume that this would either include lots of new unique characters written by you, or characters I am not familiar with if we start in an era or area I am not familiar with, so we will not be able to rely on just copying characters (such as Ahsoka), maybe copying an art style but for the most part it sounds like I would have to generate a series of different styles and test, possibly post several head and body shots, and see what you guys think, if it looks good and can show off each character uniquely. (the issue I have as an artist is that making the art desensitizes you to how it looks overall and makes you more sensitive to the details people will never think about, so I'll probably need to post for second opinions).

I can also do some sound effects and music production, but I am way way way out of practice.

As for the game. I strongly strongly recommend 2 things, use unity if you are just getting started with coding or game making, and 2 use buttons!!!!!

I wanted to make the point that, point and click game or game mechanics are my favorite because they are the simplest to work with and code for, the quickest to make and fix, and I think the most powerful game mechanic. All you really need is to use the unity UI button and canvas system. But that depend on what kind of game mechanic you want to go for, I'm ok with anything. I only suggest point and click (perhaps like a visual novel or life sim) because that is the typical kind of art I make for, or atleast it shows off my art the best, but I can make character sprites and animations if you want something like a 2.5D world similar to golden sun or diablo.

I also say this because, unity makes it easy to post to multiple platforms, and 2 the c# language is my favorite. I have more than a decade of programming experience so if you want I can assist, or help make tools. For example, I only played with unity a bit to see how I liked the game engine (I am making my own now instead but it is on the back burner), but one thing I did that may interest you is I made some scripts. The idea was to be able to quickly make a point and click, life sim game. A game where say, you only see images (of the inside view of the living room, or bedroom), and by clicking on icons (either icons or the actual environment such as doors, you can change the buttons to be sprites that changes, ie the door cracks open if your mouse hovers over it.) you move from room to room. I made some scripts where, you throw in your images, you only need to "drag and drop" the scripts to be added to the images, the canvas will be the control object, and by setting up a flow chart using the animation system (probably the scariest thing to learn when starting unity) you can tell the game how the rooms are connected, if it is a one way or two way direction (such as sneaking out your room through a window is one way, but doors are two way), and in about 30 minutes the game is up and running after starting with only images. The issue is that the code is basic, it is not dynamic (ie so far no way to make it so new areas open up, or close up or allow for cut scenes yet), as it was just a testing of an idea. So feel free to ask if ya wants.

today I'll be playing with some art to see if one of my ideas could help improve my art even more.

Oh, wait, one thing I forgot to mention is I guess, and perhaps this is obvious and unnecessary, I feel like it would be best to have a character-focused game. Not a game that has to have a deep story, but that most characters are a bit exaggerated, unique, (or their situation is a bit exaggerated or unique), and that they must be 'unlocked' before they will allow players to get more... content. by unlock I mean, it could be as simple as complete a mission and then you get the lewd stuff.

It is good to be fast so that people don't get bored looking else where for a quick fap, but it is good to go slow so that the content is more meaningful.

Oh, also I am a bit of a technical writer, so I can help with grammar and proof reading.

I wanted to do this as a volunteer project anyways; everyone who is unhappy with the current Star Wars porn games can come together and make their own. I actually started a poll to get easier feedback.

I can also do some sound effects and music production, but I am way way way out of practice.
I would say we wait with sound effects until the end, because if we start with everything at once we will not be able to complete anything in a reasonable timeframe.

c# language is my favorite.
Mine too :)

Because I wanted to stay as true to the lore as possible I wanted to take existing characters and put them into scenes with each other. I think the "unique" situations you had in mind were already given by the normal Star Wars lore, so that would have been the case any way. It could be a bit challenging to get the characters of specific eras to "work together" (you know what I mean), but I can make that happen. I also thought about having some of the main sex scenes connected with the story.

Yes and no, since i still don't know what idea there, game don't explain why we have all eras mash-up.
Yes it's a trainer game, but you clone force users and decide which path they will be, so you can make your own dark or light Asoka. Or give clone of Princes Leia a force training.

One of they jobs will be go to world and ruin reputation of original xD

That's a pretty good idea, but I would have to search through all of Star Wars history to find a Jedi or Sith who would not only be able to clone characters through time and dimensions, but also inject midichlorians into them. Plus, having them go out to ruin their repution isn't based in lore whatsoever! XD

I don't say that it will be 100% lore friendly, it's like SU.
As I say before MC not a Jedi or Sith, it's scientist who try research force users. MC outside lore. so we can name him.
And ruin reputation not have super impact, since it's more for training and content purpose. I'm sure Jedi or Sith occasionally have issues with imposers like any other organizations, irl if you look at news you always can find articles about scammers try rob peoples by saying they cops or etc.
