looking to upload a manga/comic?

thanks to you iv learned how to upload games to this site,

now i wish to learn on how to upload a manga/comics,
the structer in the comics Req section is different then the game ones,
since i don't have the ability to modify the page,

can anyone give me a guide on how the comic sections works?.
