The dev explains versioning on Patreon, like this:v1.81.16 Demo
What a strange version number...
In other words, the first number is the chapter number, the second means content was added but not enough to finish a chapter, and the last number is for modified content or fixes. The second number probably works something like a percentage of how far through the next chapter you are with a new release.
am i the only one who dont understand how dev can make announcement before make the game ?

I'm not sure. Maybe the dev's English is a little off and they meant something like "the initial version of the game is finished and will be released on the 15th of August". Just a guess, obviously.
It looks like it has a lot of potential but hope before they release the first chapter
that they fix the many issues and bugs that I encountered.
The prolugue is micro short but it gives you an idea of what its about.

Maybe it's planned content that's not yet out. It's also possible that, whenever it takes place, it's only on a certain path later on. I don't think the tag should be there until said content is in the game, but it's not necessarily inaccurate. [shrug] Could be a mistake, too, obviously.
Thtat is what a prolugue is. Either a short content orin this case a very very short one.
It was all mentioned at the beginning if nobody clicked throgh it.

No need to be defensive, I'm talking about fake tags scaring people away from the game. I don't have any issue with it being a demo. The tags are hurting the game if they make people think the wrong thing about it.
You dont they left a lot out of this demo.
This is only an introduction there you go an introduction to the game.
Sarah is pretty nice. I mean she doesn't want me dead so can't decide if I am full of strength enough to continue.
a demo is supposed to be a short segment of a game, showing off the games features and good ideas.
they, at minimum, show a little bit of everything.
at max, in the good old days, they'd be an entire third of the complete game, like with what happened with DOOM
This, is not a demo, this has no classification in the gaming industry, Porn based or not.
its too short to be a demo, its too short to be a pre-alpha, its too short to be any classification at all, the only thing you could call it is "literally just the first 3 minutes of the game."
it is so short that it develops its own classification and that is not a good thing, if demos were this shot in more well known games, their would be riots.
theirs not even enough to call it a proof of concept.
