Overview:
Lossless Scaling allows you to scale windowed games to full screen using the state-of-the-art scaling algorithms, as well as use ML based proprietary scaling and frame generation.
In other words, LS is a third party upscaling tool, as well as a frame generator. It was developed specifically for games in mind. However. Because it is so easy to use and works on virtually any window that is not already in fullscreen mode, LS can also be used inside of the browser (Youtube, Streams), inside of media-players (Movies, Series, NSFW) as well as pretty much any application. Even for picture slideshows! This makes it pretty much a perfect tool to use on your favorite NSFW games!
Low FPS animations begone! LSFG 3.0 allows you to quickly increse the frames with a single click. Creating ultra smooth animations as well as adding in-between transitions with up to 20 FPS to any Renpy scroller! This works particularly well with games that use characters in slightly different stances or facial expressions for story telling. Instead of swapping to the next image, the tool creates a morph animation between the renders, making such slideshows look fully animated!
Personally i also use this tool to watch anime streams in sharpened High-Resolution with +3-4 extra FPS per second. This tool is an absolut godsend and you should definetly try it =)
It only just takes 2 minutes on your first setup. There is not much to it. Just start the tool, press "scaling" and pick the window that you want to use (game, browser, media player, et cetera).
The setup to get a FPS boost in more complex 3D games takes a bit longer, because you need to cap the ingame FPS and ideally you have a second GPU as well as a mainboard that supports a second GPU and configure LS to use that one for frame generation instead of the main one. But it's still easy to do.
