I remeber that you had to find a girl thats streaming when you are searching someone on the street says that you are standing under her balcony.
You need tobreak in and you can do that with a pizza delivery distraction the pizza guy is reluctant you pay him extra cash then you get his pizza delivery hat i think
i think you also drug the pizza

Kinda sounds like a scene in Waifu Academy. Kinda hard to tell with just the description of the scene and not knowing more about the game though.
