Yeah, as nice as that would be, the problem is, that is Lacey's kink. Making the MC jealous is what turns her on. That's one of the reasons she keeps doing all this dumb stuff to the MC. To get him jealous so she gets a reaction out of him, hoping he'll hatefuck her.

That´s only ONE of her kinks and because mc is jealous by almost everything (dancing already makes him jealous) there doesn´t have to be anything more then that. But i guess we just have to wait and see.

I think Saphfire is right here, ch 2 should be about empowering MC, like not as my opinion but it is where the game is pointing at.
I understand why people can be confused, with Lacey saying PLEASE DON'T SHARE ME and then ending up with Damian and the Jealousy date AND the author tried to paint MC as a closet cuck.
BUT hear me out, there are pieces of texts in the game that say "choosing this path will not force sharing/NTR content" and probably the one with the most sharing and maybe degrading will be the NO FUN, since MC thinks about manipulating her and can tell her that he can only see her as a slut that will get on all fours as soon as she sees some cock (I'm paraphrasing here).
Strangely the NO FUN path seems to be the one with the most "sane" MC

If I managed to catch the intention of the author, MC will never substitute Lacey or have her being a second choice.
She is and will be the main LI, MC might dabble here and there possibly with the involvement of Lacey.
Think of it as a bit of an open relationship (which Lacey doesn't want to do but actually does) that might be on a time basis.
Opportunities to share Lacey will be there, but at least one other LI has this indication.
Probably there will be a bad way to share Lacey, as detailed in the NO FUN route.
So I wouldn't describe it as harem, since LIs, not even the main one, will not/could not be exclusive.
Did someone tell that the update would be the whole Act 2 - comparable in size to Act 1?
Or it'll be just 1 chapter, or something?
Cos usually games don't update in such huge chunks, so I'm curious.

For those of you who care about Love & Jealousy, I will pick back up on that next month. Now that I have all the hard work done on that game (i.e. scripting, game shell, basic AI renders) I will be able to do another release pretty quickly. Obviously, the follow up releases will not be the extremely large release that the initial one was. But it will have a good amount of content.
Had me scared there for a moment.
Only two parts to this game would be a traversty, especially since it seems to be the most popular game out of the three so far
