There's really nothing to say except that this is pure AI slop from top to bottom. Increasing your stats involves nothing more than spam-clicking an activity, "resting" when you run out of either energy or time in the day, then rinsing and repeating.
The relationship interaction prompts are the same half dozen or so recycled over and over and the reward for your effort is nothing more than a couple of AI porn images/gifs. The models in them are sexy but they're not the "character" you're supposed to be courting - in some cases the different tiers of rewards aren't even the same race as the one before.
