From what I remember the bandit leader questline wasn't translated including her marriage stuff and most of the NTR stuff wasn't translated.
The game never really "ends". It more or less just a huge open world sandbox. You get credits after you marry someone but the game just continues afterwards.
I would have liked to marry all girls though...
It really is a darn shame. I would hope he changes his mind but he has to make a living and let's be honest, this is a place where most others don't like to know exist as piracy cuts into profits (even if sex games are steadily getting fucked anyway by payment processors).
