I agree, my enthusiasm for a cheating story drops like a rock once the cheating is revealed, regardless of whether it leads to a breakup or a cuckquean thing. Can't have that.

UNLESS the story is reaching its conclusion, which it is. You can read this post to see my plans for the various endings I'm working on now.

Personally, I think the biggest draw to this game is that you're always trying to be sneaky with it. It's fine if it's revealed in the finale, but I like that it getting revealed at any time is treated as a game over.

It reminds me of AA2 where if your partner had a certain trait and she catches you cheating, either you or your cheating partner is eventually going to get stabbed. When you see those words "Together Forever" as her thoughts about you in red text....

A super simplified version: Game can be split into 2 parts
Part 1 - starting relationships
Band choice is needed to pursue Kelly and gives you extra conversation tries....I think?
Study choice is needed to pursue Amy and gives you extra conversation tries.
Little of both is needed to pursue Julie
Choices with * are special so if you see Band *, it'll give you extra point in Band.
When talking to the girls you get 6 options, each color coded.
Small Talk/Green, is used to lower Guilt, and build green cards to use Finesse on. It's also the safe choice.
Low Guilt is good, aim for it.
Mutual Interest/Blue, is used to raise Like and build blue cards to use Sympathy on. Builds Guilt and raises Sus.
High Sus is bad, aim for it to be low or in negatives.
Passionate Discussion (aka flirt)/Red, is used to raise Lust and build red cards to use Passion on. Builds Guilt and raises Sus.
Finesse, Sympathy and Passion are like bombs that greatly raises or lowers in one case their respective COLOR CODED stats.
Be careful of awareness, this means how many eyes are on/around you. This raises Sus by a lot if you do something...sus.
To lower Sus, choose Stella (your girlfriend) and use Blue or Red options on her. More awareness the better. Ain't Sussy if it's with your girlfriend.
Some randomness in which 3 options appear (Band, Study, One of the girls) so pray to RNGoddess.
Build up cards after use, they are sometimes used to see extra scenes.

Part 2 - Dating
This part is far more straight forward.
Go on dates, don't try to sex when chance of getting caught is high, don't try to date outside of Stella when chance of getting caught is high.
Dates with an * have an extra scene or two on them and should be aimed for if trying to complete gallery.
The type of date, and girl are random. When choosing sex, the scenes that play are random.

If you fail to get what you want the one time, play ascension mode and try again. It gets easier and easier every time.

Overall, you nailed it. One minor correction:

Awareness doesn't affect interactions with Stella herself. Whether you flirt with her alone or flirt with her in a crowd, she likes both actions equally.

1. in cheating harem we dont get caught and keep having affairs with the rest only much more hardcore like we dropping hints just not outright getting caught or revealing it.
2. and in cheating threesome ending where stella finds out about our relation with her mom and sister but cant do anything while we break their family apart and make our relation with juli and amy official.
3. or a special one where we make them addicted to mc while never fully committing to any of them thus a epilogue sandbox where all their lives are ruined yet we keep showing off our relations to their close ones, this may go one of two ways,
i) the girls after knowing the truth most leave us except for one or two, as we search for new preys
ii) the girls never find out about the others and keep thinking they are special(which is too farfetched even to me lmao)

ps: il probably forget about what i was thinking after waking up so im writing this here lol
