GDI I WANT to like this game but it is so complicated and the help is TRASH. I can usually get through most games without help but this one has no rhyme or reason. I LITERALLY have to wander around in game for hour after hour trying to trigger all scenes. Also I pissed some girls off and they are gone now. WHY? I like the base concept but feel it is poorly executed. Something NEEDS to be changed to help you in game and bring everything together. The renders are really good, The writing is pretty good but sometimes I feel it is DRAGGED out to DEATH but the gameplay is REALLY A CHORE. I even tried using the cheat menu it does not help at all. Like I said I REALLY WANT TO LIKE THIS GAME. I just can't.

Since every one in ten comments is about preventing the girls from leaving you I will give advice how to prevent that.
1st: As other comments have said get Lesbian up as high as possible to around 70 to play it safe. Sasha and Bree are easy to do with yuri manga and the lesbian porn on tv. Kleio and Anna invite them to your house to watch porn.
2nd: This doesn't get mentioned often but Bree and Sasha until you are ready don't let them stay in your room or raise their stats outside of sex whichever option you prefer. As for Kleio and Anna once you have slept with both a couple of times and done Kleio's sex event do not go to the practice at all on Friday until their stats are higher.
3rd: If you activate either scene with Bree and Sasha or Kleio and Anna where they are seriously angry at you either roll back with the mouse wheel or if you are uncertain if the scene is good or not roll back and make a separate save. Then kill time to avoid the scene. If you save often enough and use roll back you will avoid these problems.
I don't blame anyone for getting upset and hope this helps as for me I wish I knew how to trigger the BJ scene with Samantha on her wedding day and can't progress further with Aletta's new content despite having max stats. Guess I need to be promoted higher or something? I don't know all the conditions only know you need a lot of charm.

I don't know the actual triggers but i can tell you what i did and when they triggered.
Took her on a date x2, one vaginal sex the other anal.
Then waited around on the street until when the motorcycle scene triggered i think it may have been a weekend but it was after 12:00 and before 20:00.
Waited at pool for gun range invite, this was for sure a weekend i think around 14:00.
Not sure if that was all her stuff or not.

Playing as Male: Bree is gone, years ago. (I mean, in some cutscenes she still speaks with me, but thats a bug ^^)
Can I fill Bree's ex-Room with a new girl somehow? Or is everything just Date-Based beside of Sascha?
Oh and not to miss that: Some girls ask for a club after date. I always say no. Club = Bar?! And why did I always say no?

I'm stuck at the "Meet bree in her room" hint didn't manage to trigger it tried nearly any day of the week now and can't see her in her room before 6pm and then nothing triggers when you're there when she is. got pretty much all my stats maxed but nothing i'm at a loss here, maybe it can't trigger when she's pregnant (which she is atm) but i can't think of anything that could possibly help to trigger it.

Bree should never leave for any reason, if you let her go serious mistake. start again That happened to confront bree to sasha and bree without having at least 50% of the lesbianism bar in both girls. He usually climbs watching lesbian porn or dandale yuri manga

Sounds like a bug. Either that, or progress with some of the other girls.
Not sure how I did it, but I ended up triggering it. Think you've got to up kink level and eventually it will trigger another another conversation or two. I think there are 3-4 scenes you have to go through to get it done. After she tells you she's gonna get a boob job, she'll disappear for about a week and then come back.
aside from that number with anna yep.
I think you get locked to 40 LP with Aletta if you tell her to keep the baby and you're more dom than she is. Similar thing for Kleio after the 2nd talk and telling her to keep it and you'll support her i think it also locks at 75.
It could be a result of a bug, but i just know that's where i'm at as well.
