What triggers the sasha pegging scene? I just got surprise pegged by her and bree even though they're both fully submissive. Is there really no option to prevent this or did i accidentally agree to this in some earlier scene?

DONE["home_harem_pegging_bree_sasha"] = game.days_played should prevent it from triggering again. Or just close your eyes and hit tab.

Yes. First, download and install the Renpy app and its add-on (preferably a version compatible with the Renpy version of the game). Then download the game and unzip the zip into the folder where you will save it. Next, open JoiPlay and select the plus sign. This will open a menu to add the game; just follow the instructions. Once added, you can open it. The game will take a while to open, although this will also depend on your phone's performance (I guess). I recommend that you always scan the APK with VirusTotal before installing it, especially to avoid any surprises. This last tip also applies to any app you download. I hope the information is of some use to you.

I think you'll have to try another renpy add-on for the game, although there are times when for rare reasons that happens, I think due to compatibility issues.

harmony.traits += "religious" will give her the Religious trait letting you trigger the events of the Religious path.

Same, Im stuck on this. Cant reduce her purity to below 5 for Strip Club date to trigger. Stuck on 10 and wiki has no more details about going below, going on normal date does nothing.

Turning the cell phone off and on again should work
