Alexis is the only one with an NTR route (as far as I remember and know), but she's not the only one you have the option to share or not. Among the ones I remember, there are: Bree, Sasha, Kat, Reona, Samantha, Lexi, Audrey, Shiori, Lavish, Aletta,Palla e Amy.
Yes, all harems are about share, if you include sharing with girls as NTR
. But if you mean only man sharing, there is full electronic and goth harem and in office harem if u made wrong choices. In Kat there's "streamer" events, there's Lexi with or Aletta with Dwayne, etc. Some of them are avoidable - but some of them not, if you want to made harem (goth, electronic).

There is Aletta/Lexi scene for Dwayne. There is Lexi pimping. There is 2 harems with man (electronic with Shawn and goth with Vincent - both include Amy, and the first one Palla). There is scene for Bree (Dwayne). There is scene for Sasha (Scottie). There is The Horny Vikings in Office Harem. There is threesome path for Samantha. And some of them are avoidable but some of them not if you want harem (Electronic and Goth).
Personally, I would say no. There is a complete route in terms of story (Angela the male mc mom), but it has so little content that I wouldn't say it's worth downloading for that, Or, if you're going to play it, do so with cheats. It's not worth grinding through for so little content.
