Hmm, i found this skill book, S&M, does it do anything yet or just for future versions?

I think the S&M skill book is necessary for the binding option, for after-date sex. Or was that shibari, and did you need that for the anal beads? In any case, it was necessary for an action. At least it should be useful to try and study it, you never know.

Shibari is for the rope fun with Sasha and Aletta, and knowing that so far these are the 2 girls into BDSM play and these are the options available with Shibari, i was wondering if S&M does anyhing

I started a new game and I have forgotten most of the early Bree/Sasha stuff. Does anyone remember how to make Bree a slave? Sasha's fine, but Bree's locked at 50% (edit: and refuses the collar). I wanted to collar both of them before starting the harem route.

As has been said, you need to get married.

The "plus" is, you get to keep your traits, stats, and money, making the new playthrough way easier.

Mayby the lack of achievments but I find it hard to understand why instead of just doing one big playthrough with Cheats you take NG+.

Because not everyone wants to tap the money button several hundred times for a million dollars when they start a new game.

Because not everyone wants to make the slog through starting all the grinding again.

Because while some people might be happy to romance the same couple of girls, others want to take a different route.

Because maybe its not about the achievements.
