How do you avoid the NTR in the Blissard deal for the Office harem? With some searches in this thread I saw that you have to install a spy camera but there is not option to do so although I have the camera.

When you become the CEO after Dwayne's death, you need to buy the spy camera and install it in your office. But it has to be done before the Blissard deal.
Why the dev refusing to give content to the fake sister fer? It's been a long time since ive seen an update pertain to her.

I have the camera in my inventory but the text to use it in the office is blacked out. If I try to work then the deal event starts.

When I say it has to be before the Blissard deal happens, I mean like a week beforehand. As soon as you get the promotion, you need to go to buy the spy camera.

Get promoted at work a few times - Alexis is the one with most NTR (a full on route full of the classic cuck version and even hidden home and halloween events with your friends.) Just make sure to watch but don't confront her about it.
Palla can eventually be made to do porn (at the very end, though). It's implied she wants to stay open/free unless you tell her not to (you need crazy high stats to successfully do so). No actual events shown, though.
Sam, the love of Mike's life at the beginning of the story chooses the other room-mate, if that counts. Not many events there, mostly threesome, potentially.
