Thinking of starting this game for the first time, a couple of questions. How deep are the pregnancy mechanics? and no harem tag so is multiple relationships a big no here?
At least for the Mike MC, pregnancy is not particularly complicated. They get pregnant if you don't use protection during their fertile time of the season, they'll tell you about it after a while, some will have an opinion about whether to keep it or not and may leave the game entirely if you don't go along with what they want, and then they give birth and that's it aside from you losing money per child every week. The art is updated to show pregnancy, though it's an on/off deal. There are some points in the game where it matters somewhat to some events, but you can probably count those on one hand, and I think all of them will just reset as soon as they give birth anyway. The epilogues are also slightly adjusted if you've had a child with the woman in question or not. In general though, you can repeat it over and over with little to no consequences aside from the potential money issue. So overall, it's a thing, it has some touches to make itself known in the game, but has little to no overall impact on the gameplay. I don't know how it works for the Bree MC version.
Multiple relationships is supported and almost expected, including harems with multiple characters that are fully aware of each other, and even having multiple harems at the same time. Forming them requires having the proper stats and doing certain events. Some are trivial, others a bit more complicated, and some pretty much requires reading the wiki carefully to prevent getting softlocked.
The button only exists if I go into options from main menu. After changing it (from the main menu) and loading, there seems to be no immediate effect, but it seems to settle after a while. (For those with console enabled, you can just change the flag persistent.live2d_on to false).

And this is why you're wrong. You fail to grasp that you only have access to a very tiny sliver of public info, and that it allows you to infer from that whatever you want. As long as you continue to fail to see the forest for the trees, you'll continue to be unquestionably wrong.

The biggest issue is that you actually believe that a developer that's presumably interested in making money and keeping their studio open would simply inexplicably, based on nothing at all... just continue to make decisions that cost money instead of making it, all the while having perfect information on their own studio's financial health. And that instead they should listen to you, the internet rando with zero published games, and owner of zero studios, because you think you see something in some tiny sliver of publicly available info that lets you spin it into some doomer narrative. Let's be real: A Nsfw-game can make it big with terrible writing, terrible scope and terrible financial decision making. As long as there is some half-decent smut and art involved, any fucking game can make it big on Patreon, no matter how hard it's creator attempt to trip themselves over. Just look at the top 10 Nsfw-game earners on Patreon to see what I am talking about.
Plenty of Nsfw-devs have made it big on their first game, only to fall flat on their face the second that the first project dried out, because what propelled that first game to success was more of a result of circumstance and luck, than any coherent and consistent brilliance on part of the creator: They had a great artist, and a safe idea, that struck it big with a lot of perverts. That does not guarantee that their second idea will hit that same sweetspot.
Exactly what the Patreon stats are showing is currently happening to THIS dev. The earnings SKYROCKETED for the last 5 years, as LoSeSb released Mike content... And now it is fucking spiraling, completely coincidentally, as practically all that is getting done is Shawn and Bree stuff.
Word of mouth is in the gutter, as you are literally the only person I have seen defending the direction this dev is going in, on this site, with everything else I've seen being criticism, mockery and dejection at the loss of potential, in the last year.
Admitting failure even when stats are plummeting just hurts a project-creators ego way more, than moving on to the next idea.
