Yea.

Yes. Shiori is the easiest of all of them and should be first. You'll need to do her spanking events first in order to later raise Lavish's kink points to max. Lavish and Audrey take about the same time to do. Aletta requires all of cassidys event's to be completed in order to add her to the office harem so she'll be last. Just make sure to avoid sleeping with any two within a week of each other and if you mess up just avoid going into work for a week and itll prevent a showdown between them

You're not wrong. Steam gets their update (usually) a week after the release for Patreon and Itch.io users. That's always been the case.

Does anyone know which file holds the data that knows which text you've read before so you can "Skip" everything?

It resets every time when we download a new version for any Ren'Py game.
