She's a heavily modified model by Hopes.
Unless he handed her model around to other devs, which he hasn't, then you won't see her unless she makes a cameo with hopes consent.
She won't be in any other games as a fuckable character though, unless someone manages to modify the model to look just like her.
So far no one has.
