RPGM - Completed - Lust Corruption of the Exorcist [2024-06-29] [touhou-marupon-dou]

An excellent game with a great art.
I came for the H, yet stayed for the plot. Not that the H is bad, mind you. The plot starts off rather simple until you reach the end where it shows that it was much more developped then expected.
The game is clearly not perfect, same for the translation, but it is well made. The main focus is humilation, monster rape and mind break with a sprinkle of pregnancy and horror so, if it is not what you seek, find something else.
I recommend playing the game rather than simply looking at the events through an already completed save. The atmosphere of the game increases how interesting the events are. I almost never used the Gallery to replay events.

There is a corruption system but apart from changing the MC's face and her reactions during the various events (Battle H), it doesn't do much.
The lewd stuff is divided between Event H and battle H. Some events can force an outfit on the MC that can then be worn again at a clubroom after you disposed of it for the first time.
Battle H is not seen by losing to enemies (though all bosses including the last one, although I did not check with the roof boss, has losing CG), but by using souls gained through defeating enemies. Each use of those souls may result in your armor breaking, up to 2 times, after wich the souls you just used can rape the MC, unless you are wearing a different outfit than the armour (wich will result in rape with only one bad use of a soul). The rape can be escaped through a QTE, but will alternate between vaginal and anal in a loop until you escape.
H (Battle or map event) can result in pregnancy who will be the same events except for the birthing event wich will have different child based on the souls that impregnated the MC.

The OSTs are not original but since their original creators are credited, the dev gets a pass. Also, they work well with the game's atmosphere and immersion.

The game also has a NG+, though it is mostly there to allow you to replay it and doesn't do much except giving you almost unlimited XP to level up and level down, an ultimate weapon that can seemingly one-shot any monsters, and more skill points to use on different skills. The NG+ also doesn't allow you to keep the different outfits you have gained, wich I personnally think is disappointing.

Some tips to finish, with spoilers.
The map is important, all the informations are on the map. If you can't find something, then you're not looking at the map.
I also heard about the bug that softlocks you unless you have a resistance skill that increases your QTE's accuracy. I don't know if the bug is still there, but buying the reverse skill (that makes you automatically lose all the QTEs) also prevents the softlock.
The game has two endings, True Ending and Bad Ending. The True Ending can only be reached by clearing the game as a virgin OR by gathering all 42 different items scattered through the map and found on the dead soldiers.
If your aim is the True Ending then when you are asked wether you want to go to the roof or descends the stairs, unless the MC is still a virgin, you must answer "Going to the roof", as it will unlock the "purifying" process that will unlock the True Ending.

Overall, it is a most interesting game, with a plot that is more developped and interesting than it first appears, OST that improves the game's atmosphere and immersion, wich, for a H game weird is to say but, is important, an MC that I personnaly found to be cute and loveable, a gameplay that although not perfect, is rather decent, with CGs that are good.
Hence the five stars, despite the small dissapointments I had with some parts of the translation but mostly the NG+ system, wich, let's be honest, is not an important part of the game, so it will not affect my rating.

Thank you, Dr.Chek for translating and uploading this. I think you did an excellent job, and I really appreciate it! I've been following the developer for probably about 2 years, and it was unfortunate that none of their works got proper translations other than the Succubus General one, which wasn't translated all that well.

This game has pretty good CG, I would recommend playing though the game and finding them yourself makes it much more enjoyable than just watching the CG on a completed file. The atmosphere and although Its odd to say immersion is a important part of the game, the ost is good despite not being original too. Its not too difficult as well most CG are easy to get and immediately available I would recommend starting with the locker box to get more ease of access to the corruption stuff.

Its very humiliation focused which I personally love, as well as having a focus on straight up bizarreness in terms of insertions kinda like Abalone Kiss stuff.

Is the gameplay perfect? Absolutely NOT but its decent for an RPG Maker Game programmed by a SINGLE person! If you have the patience to bear through the crazy amount of enemies the combat can actually be pretty fun.

The story, although not a main focus until the end, was good! The concepts were actually really good and pretty though provoking. It was a very very good ending, (True Ending).

Okay what are some general tips?

Firstly, PLEASE Buy a resistance level from the skills upon unlocking the club room (The place where you can level up and stuff). Its glitched as to where the corruption in combat will be inescapable, so don't do lewd stuff in combat until you have it! You WILL SOFTLOCK!! You can buy incense with souls from defeating enemies to buy the skill.

Secondly enemies cannot do lewd stuff to you in combat, the only way to do lewd stuff is to be corrupted by using the souls, no point losing to regular enemies. The way to get enemies to do lewd stuff is to lose your virginity to an onworld event (locker, trap etc). After which using souls will break your armor. After 2 uses you can be raped by the selected soul once you lose a resistance QTE (PLEASE UNLOCK a resistance level passive). After you are raped, it'll loop between vaginal and anal, building up corruption which will deal damage to all enemies as an AOE afterward, useful for cheesing high-level enemies and bosses.

You have a chance of getting pregnant after being raped, by a soul or from a map event, there is a number which tells you progression of pregnancy, in menu it increases as you move around, pregnancy is the same but the birth will differ depending on soul or event that caused impregnation every soul has a unique one.

I highly recommend losing your virginity to a locker monster if you want to get started with the lewd stuff quick.

Also use your darn map, it will tell you where the soldier corpses are as well as events, most tile based on map events can only occur if your armor is fully damaged so if you want those events walk around with damaged armor, this can be done by breaking it by using souls in combat or equipping altered spiritual garb ie (Leather, Kimono Swimsuit etc)

Okay SPOILERS*****


There are two endings True and Bad

Bad will happen if you lose your virginity and meet Sitaru in the basement.

True will occur if 1. You never lost your virginity OR you get the special item from combining all 42 items from the dead soldiers with the roof boss by talking to him after. Don't worry if you lose your virginity, it'll probably be an hour of scanning over the map, walking around and doing some slight puzzles to find the corpses

After you unlock all the allies, you will HAVE to go to the roof, roof fight is mandatory before the basement fight (ending). The trick to both bosses? Just beat them up I recommend being full level (200) and 2 pieces of lewd gear 1.3x multiplier and the shield 80% damage resist and then you just repeatedly curse the boss with Killing curse, super kiliing curse etc and beat them down. As far as I am aware, there is no special method but statuses are OP also bring healing items and effigies to heal and clear your debuffs.

I really loved the game, the ending has stuck with me. Is it good? Yes!
Is it amazing? No, but for an indie title? YES! Its a project of love from both developer and translator please support them both if you enjoyed and can.

i would rate it 1.5 stars, but if you play it with MTool the game becomes more bearable

game also has too much texts, the combat also has too much mechanic and the skills around it, even playing with mtool couldnt made the combat fun

game breaking bugs and bad H-scene quality like seriously. you in battle and you cant win against certain enemies you encounter early on. there is no clear direction on where to go or what to do. the UI leaves a lot to be desired. bad doesnt really begin to describe this game

Pros:
- The game have interesting lore, that's neat.
- Artstyle/color palette in sex battles and in sex scenes events are different.
- The game is basically dungeon with unique concept - cool and it's also quite large.
- Most of the lewd events you can repeat it if you not into looking in gallery (yes, I'm one of those guys who not into gallery feature).
- The game is have quite the amount of variability how to deal with enemies.
- clothing system that affects gameplay, with each custom having 2 sex events? Wow!
- Compare to some other games from this dev, this one have gameplay from Witch in debt (another game from same dev.), but better, and also it's more of classic hentai r&@pe sex and less humiliation.

Cons:
- Too casual. Basically due to main mechanic to upgrade your lvl. You just grind some money and that's it, you can buy lvl high enough to just complete the game quite fast. You can use skill from fly demon to win fast most of the battles to grind money.
- As someone said, to get good ending,our character must remain virgin. That's kinda boring, but considering how you fast you can beat the game, it's probably not that miserable.

I had some more things that I didn't liked about this game, but it's more about my preferences - doesn't count.

Ive tried it, cant say im enjoying it, my review is from someone who doesnt really like female MC, except mc was succubus and mc gaining power through sex, not on purpose oops im defeated or im trapped help me.

The obvious one from this game was the fighting, the game give you some buff to make fight easier or lower the grind, but still you have to fight thousands of times, even when you felt have enough grinding, it almost impossible to dodge the enemy entirely. There's skill to makes the enemy gone, but you'll missing out some grind or h-cg.

The H-scene i dont really like, given it happen during fight, trap or NPC. it disturb flow of fight and it only a few, if you comes for the H-cg, then you might disappointed.

Overall the game experience :
Pros :
+The battle was unique
+art style is good
+audio work is nice
+The story is nice and heavy

Cons :
-The battle was tedious can be boring really fast given only few enemy and repetitive fighting h-scene.
- H scene overall gets bored really fast.
- No voice
- Escape means gets thrown back to the beginning.
- the game tries to make the gameplay even longer by adding bunch of enemy and obstacle around.

Tl;Dr
If you dont mind RPG maker game with grind, this is your game, you'll get rewarded by a good story. I suggest play this game without expecting the H-scene, given at the end everything is unlocked and you can view everything there.
If you cant handle the grind, you can use save edit or download the save and get the skill that makes all enemy gone, you can enjoy the game without disturbed by countless of enemy.

Lastly dont expect for bunch of H-scene, there's not much of them.

Ok, so art is good and fetishes are good(for me), but this game is just a mess.

Battle: 1 billion enemies on the map and defeating them is not fun at all. The actual combat I would call basic besides calling defeated enemies to fight/ fuck you. I may be missing something but the enemies don't battle fuck. The only way to do that is by using your own skills while no clothing. Battle fuck is 1/2 pictures which is really 1 picture per enemy cause it just swaps between ass and cunt in the same position. On top of that its bugged af cause hitting both green circles to stop doesn't fucking stop. The game just gets stuck and you have to close it.

Traps: good at first but quickly get old. Same scenes in an area no matter what.

Game progression: walk around and try to find orb to purify so you can access a random door somewhere on the map. Other than that theirs stat check bosses so you have to grind like crazy to fight them the normal way.

Art: Great, but There's not a lot of it in all honesty. You have the rooms where your friends are stuck and those are amazing, but besides that I got to the traps(1 animation per trap) and the battle(1 animation per monster).

Things to fix or add: The whole progression and massive amount of monsters are just no. Change those completely. The art is amazing but because of that there's not that much of it. Add more if you can. Make boss's less stat checky and more appropriate for the given progression. I love when devs allow a debuff/cosmetic that affects the user outside of battle. This game feels perfect to expand on that. Like monsters that attach to mc outside of battle. More loss interactions between mc and her friends would be nice. Like mc loses, so the friend in that area progresses their lewd.

Just a mess you have to grind like crazy, but the art is decent where it is. Their are ways to make the grind fun but this is not one of them. 1 Shotting group of low level enemy 1 after another cause they're unavoidable is NOT fun. Yes there are skills to help you, but only well into the game. Just bad design. Look to lonarpg, Clairs quest, and Nymphomania Priestess. They're either better battle mechanics or better battle fuck mechanics.

Hey RPGM Enthusiast here so if you don't like RPGM to begin with then no need to proceed. TL;DR at bottom if this takes too long to read.

So many people complain that there are too many enemies. Personally, I half agree with that. It is definitely a lot if all you want out of this game is a good fap. It doesn't really give you H-Scenes left and right unless you include the battle-fuck, but I personally think that is where the game does quite well. If you play ANY Pokemon game at all though, then the encounter rate is just like walking through tall grass.

And for those of you who want ZERO ENCOUNTER, yes there is a way to completely remove all small fry enemies from the map. Someone in the thread already talked about it. It's not a gimmick that can be toggled from the start, but it can be gotten fairly quickly.

Is there a lot of grinding? No, if you know how. And the translation is great! Very easy to understand, quick to get the hang of the mechanics. Battle system is good since it introduces summons using the remnants of your dead enemies. The best part is they can lose control and turn around to rape you if the conditions are met. Very cool mechanic!

I like the art. Subjective, so not much to say. The artist draws facial expressions well and I like the body proportions. 5/5.

There are quite a lot of costume choices too. As a small tip and spoiler: using the mimic-provided costume does make the early game a lot easier to farm for the necessary resources that gets you the perks for quick farming & zero encounters.

The scenes are well written out. I personally don't care too much for the scenes of the supporting characters but the ones for the main character definitely allows for a 5/5. Don't expect tooooo many CG variations, there are enough just not VN-level.

Plot is pretty hard to understand, mainly due to the names of the Gods used in the game. If you turn your brain off a little you can get the general idea of it, maybe a little guesswork here and there. Not helping when all the blood is in the lower-half. Standard battling God kinda end, has nice BGMs to help savor it.

TL;DR
Good game, has reasonable grind and good mechanics. If you want quick fap then you're only getting half the game. Battle-fuck is a huge part. Look through thread for tips on how to proceed quicker.

I wanna like this game, I really do but god damn.

Short version is that the game has some good H-scenes, decent corruption system and some really nice ideas when it comes to gameplay. But the gameplay giga sucks and is just makes the whole experience painful.


There are just too many enemies. They are fucking everywhere and even when you out level them and can one shot a group the animations still take forever.
Sure, there is a upgrade that lets you ignore some low level fights but that's a pain since it means you've played enough already to get to that point.

And that really sucks because the game has some really interesting ideas on how to make the game interesting. I especially love that when you kill a basic enemy they become a onetime summon in battle for some powerful effects, but you have a % chance they will turn on you and gets some nice combat h-scenes. It makes combat H-scenes feel impactful and lets you control it.

Save yourself some pain and just download a full save. Do note it doesn't seem to show in-combat H-scenes, which are like half the CG.

Does what it says on the tin. If you like this guys games you will like this as well. Savage maledom with delicious high quality plump art. If you're one of those people who play RPGMaker games for the gameplay and dont even like the art then idk what you're doing with your time.

Also seems like people are complaining about slow battle animations when theres multiple options to make them turbo fast and even an option to keep the battlefuck normal speed while making battle animations fast. This is why ratings on this site unfortunately don't mean much for determining if something is for you or not.

Theres some bugs and not the most organic translation but maybe they can be fixed. Still hot as fuck.

Hello! It's me, Illidan! Ugh... I never thought i would review game, which i wasn't able to complete fully. But i simply wasted too many time on it. I will rate this hgame by such categories : Translation, story, gameplay, hscenes

Translation 5/5 - I think... Translation is fine, i am putting here 5 out of 5, purely because i am not knowledgable in all that japanese stuff and gods. But seeing certain texts, which requires coding being translated. Makes me feel like someone really put effort into it

Story ?/5 - I can't judge story, because i wasn't able to complete it... Sorry

Gameplay 0.1/5 - It's such a mess, in my opinion. There is a lot of enemies. Like... TONS OF ENEMIES, which just stand on your way and waste your time, even if you have certain skill which kills them instantly. It takes time to load animation, enemy attack, enemy defeat, your turn, enemy turn. A lot of loadings and plenty of bugs. I got like 3 times error, during my attempt to save the game, losing my game progress. As for fights, they are very long(or i simply didn't understand how mechanics worked) and very average. Also i want to mention threading through story, which isn't that obvious and very annoying, with tons of mobs which constantly engage you in battle.

Hscenes 3/5 - Well... I am not really fun of this kind of art. Same for scenes and visual changed of MC, due to corruption in this hgame. I would rather leave such judgements to other reviewers
